Revision is difficult. The hardest part of it is having the motivation to get on with it.  You won't be alone if you feel daunted by starting to revise.

The important thing is to keep revision focused on a few simple ideas.

1. Anything you do is a positive - 5 minutes, 30 minutes, an afternoon, it all adds up.

2. Everyone revises differently - find how it works for you and then keep going.

3. Test yourself - Its easy to forget this step but some people believe it is the most important part of revision with more benefits than anything else. Use the Past Papers and Mark Schemes section to help

4. Simplify - your brain cannot hold onto large amounts of information. Take chunks of notes and simplify it, this will help you to retain more. Use the Case Studies by Number videos to help

5. Don't forget to revise command words too - this will help you to understand what the exam will require of you. Use the command words page to help with this.
